    The consequent further development of hybrid technology has inevitably lead to a CD player which combines the outstanding sonic properties of the already legendary CD S3 with the smooth sound of a tube. Here too we have a digital-to-analogue converter of 24Bit/96kHz. Here too is the typically Vincent oversized power supply taking care of the flawless, linear Class -A operation in the output stage. Yet only here is where amplification is taken over by tubes. Hence stings will sound warmer and you'll likely going to hear the wood of a grand piano.

    The musical timing is definitely maintained and an incredible soundstage is created. With its weight of 9 kg this Vincent is underlining the sheer craftsmanship and a fondness for perfection.

  • Hybrid Stereo Pre-Amplifier SA-T1

    The SA-T1 is a very special hybrid pre-amplifier. The visible tube takes care of the current supply whereas the signal processing tubes are located at the rear part of the pre-amplifier in order to achieve the shortest signal path possible. In a review of STEREOPLAY magazine (07/2003) this pre-amp could demonstrate that it's not only pretty to look at. The verdict of STEREOPLAY was "Top Class" with an outstanding price-performance ratio: "....quite unlike many of its competitors, the SA-T1 did not flatten the musical rendition but was able to display the music's vividness, atmosphere, light and information of space with stunning verve."
