The SA-T1 is a very special hybrid pre-amplifier. The visible tube takes care of the current supply whereas the signal processing tubes are located at the rear part of the pre-amplifier in order to achieve the shortest signal path possible. In a review of STEREOPLAY magazine (07/2003) this pre-amp could demonstrate that it's not only pretty to look at. The verdict of STEREOPLAY was "Top Class" with an outstanding price-performance ratio: "....quite unlike many of its competitors, the SA-T1 did not flatten the musical rendition but was able to display the music's vividness, atmosphere, light and information of space with stunning verve." |

Already from a mechanical point of view the SA 91 is a true high-end component. The 3-in-1 case is separated in 2 compartments for the left respectively right channel whereby the 3rd compartment contains the dual power supply. All in- and outputs are available in either balanced or unbalanced circuitry. Unbalanced signals, from a CD player for example, are automatically transformed into a balanced signal. Two power amplifiers may be connected. |

De QUAD 99PRE is een voorversterker die voortreffelijke prestaties paart aan een groot aantal faciliteiten die de muziekliefhebber zullen aanspreken. De QUADLINK ingangen geven samen met de Cinch ingangen een vrijwel onbeperkt scala van aansluitmogelijkheden, allemaal correct aangepast en gebufferd. Alle QUADLINK ingangen kennen gebalanceerde signaaloverdracht. Alle Cinch-ingangen kennen instelbare ingangsgevoeligheid, inclusief die voor Phono MC en MD.
Eenzelfde veelzijdigheid valt ook op bij de preciese klankregeling, die met o.a. zijn tilt-regeling en fraaie filters volledig tegemoet komt aan eisen die kamer of programmamateriaal stellen.
De 99 maakt gebruik van ruisarme electronische schakelaars en bereikt met zijn digitaal aangestuurde analoge volumeregeling een ongekende gelijkloop tussen de kanalen: binnen 0,1 dB.
Met de komst van de nieuwe NAD C162 voorversterker kunt u het beste krijgen uit twee werelden; ultieme prestaties gecombineerd met het gemak van een afstandbediening. Zijn ogenschijnlijk simpele vormgeving, doet niet vermoeden dat er aan de binnenkant hoogwaardige technologische schakelingen worden toegepast.
Mogelijkheden.
Met de aanwezigheid van zes lijningangen (waarvan twee tape in/uitgangen) en een MM/MC phono-ingang, is het niet erg waarschijnlijk dat u ooit ingangen tekort zult komen. De C162 is volledig afstandbedienbaar en wordt dan ook geleverd met de NAD C-serie afstandbediening. Omdat de C162 is uitgerust met NAD-link, kan de afstandbediening ook menig ander NAD apparaat bedienen zoals bijvoorbeeld een CD-speler of tuner. De hoofdtelefoon aansluiting kan nagenoeg alle, niet elektrostatische, hoofdtelefoons met gemak aansturen.

The McIntosh C220 is an amalgamation of McIntosh’ 56 year expertise in tube design and newly developed control circuits. It has all the flexibility modern systems require while maintaining the highest quality two channel performance.
As an example, all signal switching is done inside glass cylinders filled with inert gas. These switches are located adjacent to the input/output jacks, virtually eliminating crosstalk. Switch cleaning is a thing of the past.
The C220 allows for electronic, independent adjustment Level settings for each of the eight source inputs from either the front panel or remote control. Channel Balance is electronically adjusted and stored in memory.
The front panel ¼” Headphone Jack has a unique feature, Headphone Mode Mute. Press Mute to activate the normal loudspeaker mute mode then press the mute button in for approximately 3 seconds to activate the Headphone Mute Mode. From here adjust headphone volume and switch between sources.
Particular attention as been paid to the MM Phono Input. Its innovative circuit incorporates time-proven 12AX7 Vacuum Tubes. The brilliance of its design is reflected in both its simplicity and superior performance.
